Printed Materials & Verbiage: Proofing and wording support for invitations, programs, and signage.
Guest Accommodations & Transportation: Coordination of hotel room blocks, travel logistics, and additional lodging needs.
Budget Guidance: Creation, oversight, and optional ongoing management to help stay on track.
Planning Consultations: General meetings to review progress, answer questions, and provide advice and direction.
Vendor Meetings & Final Consultations: Attendance at key meetings and final consultations with vendors to ensure every detail is covered.
Event Execution Support: Development of a detailed event order for a family member or friend to confidently manage on the day of your celebration.
This is not a day-of coordinator service
This package focuses on expert guidance and planning support rather than day-of coordination. Full event-day production including timeline management, vendor oversight, and seamless execution, can be added at the hourly rate, subject to planner availability two months prior to your wedding date. This ensures your celebration is flawlessly managed while you remain a relaxed and present guest.
