Printed Materials & Verbiage: Proofing and wording support for invitations, programs, and signage.
Guest Accommodations & Transportation: Coordination of hotel room blocks, travel logistics, and additional lodging needs.
Budget Guidance: Creation, oversight, and optional ongoing management to help stay on track.
Planning Consultations: General meetings to review progress, answer questions, and provide advice and direction.
Vendor Meetings & Final Consultations: Attendance at key meetings and final consultations with vendors to ensure every detail is covered.

Full event-day production - including timeline management, vendor oversight, and seamless execution - can be added at the hourly rate, subject to planner availability two months prior to your wedding date.
